How can we effectively combat disinformation without undermining trust in fact-based information? Is the spread of disinformation in Poland as widespread as the media suggests? What fact-checking methods are people willing to use, and which are too time-consuming for them? These questions will be answered by Prof. Tomasz Gackowski, Head of the Laboratory of Media Studies at the University of Warsaw, who conducted research on the effectiveness of various methods in fighting disinformation.
