{nomultithumb}Last week, we successfully completed this year’s project in collaboration with the Saint-Cyr Military Academy.
Students Alan Bodin and Arthur Sourintha, together with Tomasz Gackowski, Adam Balcerzak and Marcin Łączyński, worked on the project titled: "Biometric analysis of FPV drone operator responses in a VR environment".
The study focused on examining and analyzing biometric response patterns, including: stress levels (GSR - Galvanic Skin Response) and visual information gathering from the video interface (eyetracking) . Additionally, in-game events were logged, and task/mission execution was tracked.
All of these components were integrated into a VR application developed in Unreal Engine 5, paired with the biometric research platform iMotions.
What impact did these factors have on task performance and the cognitive processes of operators? Stay tuned for the results coming soon! Thank you for another year of fantastic collaboration - Saint-Cyr Military Academy!
