You may also request that information be made available through an alternative method, for example by reading an inaccessible digital document or describing the content of a video without audio description.
The request should include the details of the person submitting it, an indication of which website or mobile application is concerned, and a contact method. If the requester needs information in an alternative format, they should specify their preferred method of delivery.
The public entity should fulfill the request promptly, no later than within 7 days from the date of submission. If this deadline cannot be met, the entity will inform the requester of the new deadline, which must not exceed 2 months from the date of submission.
If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information.
