7 Mistakes Made by the Media in Poland While Covering the Flood
Portal Demagog cataloged 7 of the most commonly made mistakes by Polish media while covering the flood, based on statements from, among others, Prof. Tomasz Gackowski. Among the accusations were excessive emotionalization of the coverage, clickbait headlines, and the dissemination of unverified information. As Prof. Gackowski points out, the media often portrayed the flood like a TV series full of unexpected twists, which did not help audiences understand the real danger.
We recommend reading the full analysis!
