In Warsaw, this year's celebration will be dedicated to refugees from Ukraine, who were forced to flee their country as a result of the war. Representatives from different countries talk about proven mechanisms, good practices and effective solutions that have been implemented in the media during the war in Ukraine.

The first part of The Unconference featured journalists and correspondents who covered Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The panelists talked about how their work changed in the first weeks of the war.

Participants in The Knowledge-Share Communities (#university&emmahub) workshop were divided into four groups working on specific thematic tracks:

1. media policies, CSR and grassroots initiatives of journalists
2. content and news management
3. entertainment and cultural offerings of the media
4. media education.

Participants held several hours of workshops, 4 groups worked in different thematic areas, sharing good practices and solutions that were applied during the war in Ukraine in the area of media management.
