The article presents the scientific strategic game Neighbourhood with Climate, designed as an educational tool to support local adaptation to climate change in temperate climates.



The game helps users explore nature-based solutions (NbS) – approaches rooted in nature that can be used to prepare for extreme weather events and protect local communities. It also aligns with the concept of education for sustainable development.
