We’ve been accepted to the ICA (International Communication Association) conference with three presentations. That means we’ll see you in Denver this June!

In the Political Communication section, the team consisting of prof. Tomasz Gackowski, Marlena Sztyber-Popko and Marcin Łączyński will present the paper „The Leader Effect. Behavioral and declarative dimensions of polarization. Experimental research on the impact of images of Polish political leaders on voters' reception of political messages”.

In the Game Studies Division, the team comprising dr Karolina Brylska, prof. Tomasz Gackowski, Marcin Łączyński and Adam Balcerzak will present „Risk Propensity and Decision-Making in Digital Games: An Exploratory Study Among Polish VR Chat Players”.

We’ll also have a third presentation: „How to make failure more bearable. People’s emotional reactions to compliments given by a bot”, presented by prof. Jacek Wasilewski, dr Karolina Brylska and Agata Kostrzewa in Human-Machine Communication Division.
